JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a strategic Digital Media Buyer for a crucial role in our expanding team. Proficiency in digital media tools, ad serving platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ad Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics is required, along with significant experience in digital media buying. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and executing impactful digital media campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.



**Responsibilities:**

1. **Campaign Development:** Design and implement effective digital media buying strategies based on objectives and budgets.
2. **Market Research:** Conduct comprehensive research on market trends to identify opportunities for effective media buys.
3. **Negotiation:** Develop relationships with media sales companies and negotiate the best price for media ad spaces.
4. **Campaign Monitoring:** Track the progress of media campaigns, identifying any issues and making necessary adjustments.
5. **Reporting:** Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed reports for clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

1. **Tech Proficiency:** Mastery of digital media tools, ad serving platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
2. **Experience:** Previous experience in a digital media buying role or similar digital marketing role.
3. **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze market data and campaign results, drawing insights to inform strategy.
4. **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively negotiate media buys and present campaign reports.
5. **Negotiation Skills:** Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to secure the best media spaces at the most effective cost.
6. **Education:** Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
7. **Adaptability:** Staying current with the rapidly changing digital advertising landscape and adapting strategies as needed.
