Overview

The Junto is a men’s work organization focused on quarterly wilderness retreats, a year-long mastermind, and 1-on- coaching. We support entrepreneurs and executives who are serious about growth and self-leadership. Having worked with hundreds of men—including founders of companies like Casper, Hinge, and TOMS—we are now at a stage where we need to systemize our marketing and outreach.

Historically, our marketing has been driven by referrals and our founder Andrew’s personal network. To scale, we need a full-stack marketing approach that removes Andrew from manual outreach, builds a sustainable pipeline of leads, and grows our influence in the space of men’s personal development.



We’re looking for a resourceful, results-driven Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing initiatives. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, including managing contractors and leveraging AI tools to amplify our message. You will report directly to the CEO and co-founder, Andrew Horn

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Paid Media Strategy – Managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and exploring other paid channels.
LinkedIn Outreach – Developing strategic outreach to founders and CEOs. SEO & AdWords – Implementing a strategy to improve discoverability and optimize lead generation.
Social Media Growth – Expanding our audience across relevant platforms and overseeing consistent content creation.
CRM & Referral Systems – Systematizing our CRM and enhancing our referral network.
Content creation - Overseeing our project manager and creating quality content across web, newsletter and social to drive engagement.
Skills we are looking for:

Highly data-oriented, able to present weekly reports tracking marketing performance.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Linkedin and Google AdWords.
Strong project management skills, including sourcing and managing marketing contractors.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to create compelling content using AI tools.
A strong aesthetic sense, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Autonomous & resourceful, thriving in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
