Senior Marketing & Automation Strategist (Full Stack Marketer)

Exit 4 SMB is looking for a sharp, execution-focused Senior Marketing & Automation Strategist to join our remote team. This is a unique hybrid role that blends full-stack marketing with client account management.

You’ll be the go-to person for running high-impact campaigns, managing client comms, and architecting automation systems that scale — all while working closely with the managing partner.

???? What You'll Own:
Cold Email Campaigns: Set up, optimize, and manage outreach campaigns that actually convert.

Inbox Management: Stay on top of replies and turn responses into booked meetings and next steps.

Automation Architecture: Build, refine, and maintain workflows using tools like GoHighLevel, Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, and N8n.

AI Integration: Use AI tools to generate high-performing ad copy, email templates, chatbot flows, and other campaign assets.

GoHighLevel Setup & Optimization: From pipeline builds to full automation sequences.

Documentation & SOPs: Keep our automation architecture clean, documented, and scalable.

Ad Creation: Assist with paid media strategy, generate creatives and copy using AI.

???? What We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years experience in a performance marketing, automation, or growth ops role

Proven track record managing both strategy and execution

Deep experience with tools like GoHighLevel, ChatGPT, Zapier, Upgrade to see actual info (or similar)

Comfortable talking to clients, managing expectations, and owning results

Startup mindset: self-driven, adaptable, resourceful

Available to work during EST hours

Excellent written English
