Senior Logistics & Inventory Planning Manager

We are hiring an experienced logistics and inventory professional (minimum 5 years experience) who has managed China to US supply chains and knows how to prevent stockouts through forecasting and supplier coordination.

Compensation:
We are offering $1,500 USD/ month as a base pay with possibility to increase to up to $2000 depending on performance.

Your mission:
Make sure we never run out of stock while protecting cash flow and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales (Shopify + Amazon)
• Build 60–90 day forecasts
• Calculate reorder points and safety stock
• Issue and manage POs (China + US suppliers)
• Track production, payments, shipping
• D ---------- air vs sea freight
• Manage FBA replenishment
• Identify stock risks early
• Negotiate payment terms
