JOB OVERVIEW

Premier Pool Marketing is a US-based digital marketing agency managing SEO, paid ads, and web presence for 20+ pool and home service companies across the United States. We are growing fast and need a senior SEO professional to own our entire SEO operation.

What You Will Own:
You will handle full SEO strategy and execution across 16 to 20 active clients. You will create, optimize, and manage Google Business Profiles and review generation for every client. You will handle all on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, H1s, schema markup, and internal linking. You will produce monthly rank tracking and client reporting focused on outcomes, not activity. You will QA all site changes before and after launch. You will manage and direct our WordPress developer. You will report to the operations manager weekly with real numbers.

What We Are Looking For:
3 or more years of local SEO experience specifically for service-area businesses. Proven results ranking local businesses in Google Maps and organic search. Strong knowledge of WordPress, Yoast SEO or RankMath, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile. Experience managing multiple clients at once at an agency. You communicate in outcomes. We do not want activity reports. We want rankings, calls, and leads. You catch problems before the client does. Strong written English.

Tools You Must Know:
WordPress, Yoast or RankMath, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar crawler.

Salary: $900 to $1,400 per month depending on experience. Full time, long term.

To Apply:
Answer this question in your application: Name one local SEO mistake you caught on a client site that the team missed. What was it and how did you fix it? Applications without an answer will not be reviewed.
