About the Role
We are seeking a world-class Senior Lead Generation Specialist & Outbound Technical Operator to serve as the strategic engine and audience growth hub of our firm. We specialize in placing high-performing Virtual Assistants and Executive Assistants with elite US-based clients.

This is a highly technical, data-driven execution role. You will own our entire outbound infrastructure, build advanced prospecting pipelines, maximize deliverability at scale, and manage our day-to-day growth systems. We will provide the core copywriting and messaging strategy, while you own the technical execution, spintax deployment, and continuous A/B testing to maximize performance.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Architecture & Deliverability Mastery: Own the absolute health and scalability of our cold email infrastructure (15+ domains, 50+ inboxes, and growing). Monitor deliverability daily, manage advanced inbox rotation/warmups, and proactively solve spam or sender reputation issues before they touch our data.
Data Operations & List Hygiene: Oversee advanced data scraping, list cleaning, and multi-step verification protocols to ensure optimal bounce rates and protect our sender reputation.
Campaign Execution & Rigorous Testing: Manage high-volume sending schedules and load pre-written sequences. You will take the copywriting we provide and run rigorous A/B testing on both copy variants and technical variables (sending windows, spintax, angles, and inbox distribution) to constantly optimize and maximize the positive reply rate.
Workflow Optimization: Build out smooth backend workflows, document advanced internal SOPs, and maintain the data pipelines that keep our outreach metrics flawless.
Pipeline Accountability: Own the primary metric of keeping our internal sales team fed with high-intent, warm "hand-raisers" who want to buy our services.

Requirements:
5+ Years of Elite B2B Outbound Experience: A proven track record of running sophisticated, high-volume B2B cold email marketing and outbound data operations.
Advanced Tech Stack Mastery: Deep, practical expertise with modern outbound tools (e.g., Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, Apollo, DeBounce, MillionVerifier, list-enrichment APIs).
Technical Deliverability Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of DNS management, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Custom Tracking Domains. You know how to play the cat-and-mouse game with ISPs to stay out of the promo/spam folders.
The "Data Scientist" DNA: You live in clean spreadsheets. You make decisions based on numbers, conversion percentages, and A/B test results, not gut feelings.
Exclusivity (No Moonlighting): This is a high-level, full-time position. Juggling other clients, freelancing, or agency side-gigs is strictly prohibited. We want 100% of your focus, and we compensate accordingly.

Shift & Location:
Schedule: Flexible working hours, but requires a structured daily overlap with US Business Hours (EST) for leadership syncs and campaign monitoring.

Compensation & Premium Benefits:
Base Salary: $1,200 – $1,450 USD / month – We are looking for elite talent and are prepared to pay top-of-market rates for the right expert.
Uncapped Bonus Structure: Generous performance bonuses and commissions tied directly to the closed deals generated from your infrastructure.
