We are a US-based boutique staffing firm seeking a Senior Intake & Client Success Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between our US clients and our recruitment engine. You aren't just taking notes; you are a "Discovery Architect" who translates vague client needs into crystal-clear hiring roadmaps.
You will own the "First Impression" and the "Final Preparation." You are responsible for ensuring that when a client says they need help, our team knows exactly who to find, and when a candidate meets a client, they are positioned for a 100% success rate.
Your Core Responsibilities:
The Client 360 Discovery: Conduct deep-dive intake calls with US business owners. You will extract "True Needs," KPIs, and cultural nuances that aren't found on a standard resume.
Strategic JD Design: Translate intake notes into high-performing, persuasive Job Descriptions using our proprietary "New York" standards.
Candidate "Pre-Game" Prep: Meet with every shortlisted candidate 15-30 minutes before their client interview. You will audit their environment, refine their pitch, and ensure they are ready to "win" the role.
Interview Shadowing & Feedback: Sit in on client interviews (audio/video off) to monitor quality. You will collect immediate feedback from the client to refine our search or close the hire.
Client Onboarding Logistics: Manage the handoff from "Hired" to "Starting," ensuring the client feels supported and the VA has a clear Day 1 roadmap.
Requirements:
5+ Years in Client Success or Account Management: Specifically in a US-facing service or staffing environment.
Exceptional Discovery Skills: You know how to ask the "second and third" question to get to the root of a client's problem.
High-Level Writing: Ability to write sophisticated, professional resumes and job descriptions.
Technical Stack: Expert in Zoom/Google Meet, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
Shift: US Business Hours (EST). Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base: $900 – $1,100 USD / month (based on experience).
Incentive: $50 bonus for every successful placement that passes the 30-day mark.
15/30 Payment Schedule via Wise.
Growth: Direct path to Operations Manager as the team scales.
