Senior Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer (Certification Program)

Looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to build a 3-hour digital certification program that includes:
-A structured learning path divided into clear modules
-Direct-address, high-energy scripted content (provided in collaboration with us)
-Interactive knowledge checks, branching scenarios, and short simulations
-Participation verification mechanisms (e.g., required in-module prompts, photo capture screens)
-A role-based branching experience (users follow different tracks depending on their role)
-A customizable, white-labeled design framework (logos, colors, terminology)
-A final assessment with configurable passing criteria and automated certificate generation
-Optional back-end reporting outputs for a central completion database
-Export-ready SCORM / xAPI files compatible with any major LMS

The course must be designed for time-constrained adult volunteers, prioritize engagement over passive consumption, and meet all requirements documented in our PRD. You will be responsible for translating the PRD into a complete, production-ready course.
