Senior Inside Sales Rep

Inside sale representative in the Industrial Automation industry.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience handling customer phone calls.
- Work US time zone hours Monday to Friday 7 to 8 hours a day.
- Good internet connection.
- Your own laptop or computer and headset.
- A place to work without disturbances.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails using Zendesk
- Managing dozens of open tickets in Zendesk from initial customer contact to purchase.
- Contacting manufacturers of products for pricing and availability
- Creating and sending quotes in QuickBooks
- Creating and sending customers invoices in QuickBooks
- Following up with customers on quotes

Benefits:
Pay = Base Pay + Commission.
Base Pay = $600 paid every 2 weeks.
Commission is 10% of net revenue on sold parts plus %1 of net revenue sold by the team. Average commission is $500 per 2 weeks, with top earners making over $800 per 2 weeks. Commission can vary significantly week to week.
5 days paid time off per year.
