Senior IT Systems & Network Engineer | Microsoft 365 | Azure | SonicWall | Remote

We're looking for a highly technical IT professional who can take ownership of projects from planning through execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, working across multiple technologies, and supporting business-critical IT environments.

What You'll Be Working On

* Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid environments
* Network and server migrations
* SonicWall security reviews and firewall management
* Network Security Manager (NSM) implementation and reporting
* VOIP deployments and troubleshooting
* Infrastructure upgrades and technology refresh projects
* System performance monitoring and optimization
* Collaboration with project leads and technical teams
* Documentation and technical reporting

What We're Looking For

* Strong experience supporting and implementing IT infrastructure projects
* Hands-on experience with networking, firewalls, and security solutions
* Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
* Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
