We're a mid-sized MSP (Managed IT Services Provider) in Miami, Florida (USA) that's expanding and we’re looking for additional full-time tea ---------- mbers. We’re hiring two more Senior Support Engineers to help us manage deployment projects as well as our clients’ support escalations. The majority of our clients are on Win11 or AVD, and we manage their Windows Servers, wired/wireless networks and Microsoft365/Entra. This isn't just solving desktop issues - you’ll be migrating environments, automating processes, and making sure the infrastructure keeps on purring.

THIS IS FOR A LONG-TERM, FULL-TIME, 40+ HOURS PER WEEK REMOTE POSITION, ON A USA (Miami, Florida) ***DAYTIME EST SCHEDULE*** (approx 9am-6pm). SALARY IS BETWEEN 95, ---------- ,000 PHP/MO DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, PLUS FULL BENEFITS INCLUDING HEALTH INS, PAG-IBIG, PTO AND 13th MONTH.

## Key skills you should have to really do great with us ##
• REQUIRED: At least 7yrs actual support experience, since this is a senior-level technical position
• Knows the Windows desktop side very well - removing malware, resolving apps & file issues etc. (Adobe, Quickbooks etc)
• Good familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration - users, roles, policies, mailboxes, etc.
• Comfortable with Windows Server administration (Hardware issues, Active Directory, GPOs, etc.)
• Basic network troubleshooting experience (wifi, branch office LAN, etc.)
• Enjoys HELPING others - at the end of the day, this is really why we do this!
• Excellent written & spoken English is *required*, but if you also know Spanish that is a plus
• Reliable primary internet with a reliable backup connection or reliable hotspot
