Senior IT Architect — AI, Web & Mobile Systems

We are building web site, it's a digital luxury cruise agency powered by an AI companion that manages the complete travel lifecycle via WhatsApp — no native app, no friction.
We are looking for a Senior IT Architect to define the technical architecture of the entire system. We don't want someone who implements what they're told. We want someone who analyzes the challenge and proposes the best solution.
The system has five core challenges to resolve:

AI integration — conversational companion via Claude API, dynamic system prompt construction, per-passenger context management, message scheduling
Mobile-first communication — WhatsApp as primary channel via Twilio, professional and seamless client experience
Platform — Hostinger Business, WordPress + WooCommerce (non-negotiable base, plan upgrade open to discussion if technically justified)
Integrated ecosystem — site, advertising, client tracking, analytics — one vision, not patched components
Performance — mobile speed is critical, every decision must consider load time and scalability

Your first deliverable:

A technical architecture document with your proposed solutions and realistic hour estimates per component.

Be honest about limitations and tradeoffs

This role includes a final coordination step with our Visual Architect to align technical possibilities with design ambitions. Flexibility and openness in that process is required.

IMPORTANT: This is a project-based engagement. The first deliverable is a technical architecture document. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and scope — we work by deliverable, not fixed hours. If the first engagement is successful, continuation is open.

IMPORTANT II: Required Skills:
Python (FastAPI) — backend development and API construction
WordPress + WooCommerce — deep knowledge of the ecosystem, plugins and performance optimization
Claude API or equivalent LLM integration — conversational AI, dynamic prompt engineering, context management
Twilio or equivalent — WhatsApp Business API integration
Database design — SQLite, Supabase or equivalent
Mobile-first performance — understanding of load speed, optimization and mobile UX constraints
System architecture documentation — ability to produce clear, structured technical proposals with hour estimates
