Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Growth Marketer. The Growth Marketer will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies (SEO, content, social, and lifecycle email), conduct market research, collaborate with sales teams, and drive customer engagement initiatives. The individual will assist in creating campaigns, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to support business goals.


Qualifications

- Able to work in EST 9am-5pm
- 4+ years running marketing campaigns for B2B SaaS
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on relationship-building and addressing customer needs
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales, with demonstrated success in executing campaigns and driving business growth
- Can write clearly for a technical audience without losing accuracy (without AI)
- Experience in conducting Market Research to inform marketing plans and business decision-making
- Organizational and leadership capabilities to manage projects effectively and collaborate across teams
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Expertise with digital marketing tools and Hubspot CRM, Sendgrid, X, LinkedIn
