Life’s A Pitch (LAP) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer proficient in crafting visually captivating/stunning graphics for early-stage businesses. Key focus of design assets will include PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics and websites/landing pages in Figma. This is a general design role with the opportunity to contribute to an exciting and dynamic team. As a more seasoned designer we are looking for someone to bring a good blend of creative experience/vision as well as technical expertise to our team.

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who has contemporary creativity, a good eye for detail. Portfolio examples that demonstrate this.

With our expertise in creating unique, creative and compelling business narratives we assist early-stage companies in growing via marketing, sales and financing initiatives. We serve clients globally across a broad range of sectors, predominantly with a technology focus.

ABOUT YOU
An ideal candidate for this position would showcase a combination of technical as well as creative skills, demonstrating proficiency in constructing innovative design assets, with a background in web design and design layouts. You MUST have EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS (both written and verbal), and ability to build high impact sales and marketing collateral for our exciting client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Multimedia Presentations: Create compelling multimedia PowerPoint presentations and diverse visual and marketing materials tailored for our wide range of clients.
• Design Web Pages: Design websites and landing pages with a focus on clear communicative designs.
• Marketing Collateral/Material: Exhibit proven aptitude for producing a broad range of collateral materials, such as LinkedIn media posts and graphics, and lead magnet layouts.
• Branding/Strategic Message Communication: Select format, typography, photography, and/or illustrations for the most effective means of communicating client messaging to their audiences.
• Collaborative Project Development: Work independently and/or with other team members in developing projects, which includes originating concepts, choosing media, preparing creative slides, setting realistic timeframes, and completing the projects on agreed deadlines.
• Thorough Project Management: Follow presentation projects from creation to final product, including sign-off on proof reviews and client approvals.

REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
• An understanding and experience using AI technology Eg. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly etc
• Proven experience in graphic and web design
• Experience in using Figma, Adobe, Canva
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe software.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for usability, accessibility, and awareness of current design trends.
• Ability to prioritize between multiple different tasks.
• Ability to work both independently as well as with a team.
• A strong commitment to and culture of learning and professional development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative experience and technical skills.

• Preferred schedule 9 am to 6 pm PHT or we would prefer an earlier start if possible.
