Senior Graphic Designer for Meta ads

If we hire you, then this trial task will be paid. We would request that the trial task brief is completed TWICE, once to the exact brief and the other can be using their own creative flare, eg adaptation and not using the exact fonts and colours given in the brief, yet still using overall appropriate colours that make sense for the brand.

What we are looking for:
- Senior graphic designer who specialises in Meta static ads
- Proficient use of AI tools such as GPT Image2, Nano Banana pro BUT can also design top quality static ads without them
- Hard working, tea ---------- mber who is willing to go above and beyond the minimum scope and gets excited about performance bonuses
- Someone who is looking for FULL TIME, long term work, this is not a short term position you will be full time and a key part of our team

What we are not looking for:
- Someone who just wants a weekly paycheck
- Someone with no experience in creating meta static ads
- Someone who relies on AI instead of utilizes AI

Base salary: $2000USD/Month with substantial monthly bonuses when KPI's are hit
