Senior Graphic Designer – Sports Apparel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a deep understanding of sublimation printing, particularly for sports apparel. You will be leading a small team of designers (2–3 other Filipino designers), setting the visual direction for both customer orders and our marketing materials. This is a full-time position following standard working hours in the Philippines.

Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with advanced feature knowledge.
- Strong portfolio showcasing sublimation sports apparel designs.
- Proven experience leading a design team and managing design processes.
- Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of design workflows, particularly for customized product pipelines.
- Ability to interpret customer feedback and turn it into actionable design improvements.
- Experience creating and maintaining a consistent brand identity across various channels.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience working with remote teams and international clients.
- Familiarity with task management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Upgrade to see actual info).
