# Senior Graphic Designer Wanted

## Part-Time Role with Australian Creative Agency

We are an Australian creative agency looking for a highly skilled, senior-level graphic designer to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role will start at approximately 8-12 hours per week, with the potential to increase over the next few months as our workload continues to grow.

We mainly work with clients across:
* Hospitality
* Food and beverage
* Breweries and venues
* Trade and service-based businesses
* Lead generation campaigns
* Social media and digital advertising

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with strong creative taste, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce modern, polished, high-quality design work without relying heavily on generic templates.

## What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a designer who has:

* Senior-level design experience
* A strong eye for typography, layout and visual hierarchy
* Excellent attention to detail
* Modern, on-trend design taste
* The ability to create work with genuine “wow factor”
* Confidence working across social media, digital ads, print, menus, flyers, posters and brand assets
* The ability to follow a brand style while still bringing fresh creative ideas
* Strong communication skills
* Reliability and consistency with deadlines
* The ability to work independently without needing heavy direction on every detail

Taste is very important for this role. We are looking for someone who understands what makes a design feel premium, sharp, modern and commercially effective.

## Required Software Experience

You must be confident using:

* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe InDesign
* Adobe Photoshop

Experience with animation, motion graphics or VFX is a bonus, but not essential.

We are flexible with the exact platforms or tools you use, as long as the final work is excellent and delivered in the correct format.

## Types of Work You May Be Creating

The work will include a mix of:

* Social media graphics
* Meta ad creatives
* Digital campaign assets
* Print posters and flyers
* Restaurant and hospitality menus
* Beer and food promotion artwork
* Brand collateral
* Event graphics
* Website graphics
* Presentation or proposal assets
* Occasional photo manipulation or retouching

## Pay Rate

The pay range is **$15 to $25 AUD per hour**, depending on experience, portfolio quality and skill level.

We are ideally looking for someone closer to the senior end of this range who is genuinely excellent at what they do, but currently looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity.

## Hours

This role will begin at approximately **8 hours per week** with flexible working hours.

There is strong potential for this to increase over the next few months if the working relationship is a good fit.
