The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong European design sensibility—refined typography, strong grid systems, and modern minimalism. You’ll work across three core design pillars while owning projects end-to-end, from concept to final production, ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints.
Design Pillars
- Product Design – Designing user-friendly, visually consistent product experiences
- Print / Magazine / Advertising – Editorial layouts, advertising materials, and high-quality print-ready assets
- Commercial Materials – Banners, social media posts, newsletters, roll-ups, and sales materials
What You’ll Do
- Lead design work across product, print, and commercial materials
- Take full ownership of design projects from concept to execution
- Translate performance and marketing insights into creative improvements
- Maintain, document, and evolve brand systems with consistency
- Ensure all assets meet high production and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with copy, media buying, and growth teams
- Mentor junior designers and provide clear, constructive feedback
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing European-style design (typography, grids, minimal aesthetics)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience working on both digital and print outputs
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Nice-to-Haves
- Motion design skills (After Effects, basic animation)
- Experience adapting European design styles for SEA audiences
- Knowledge of responsive and web layout design
