Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered solutions across our organization. This is a remote, part-time contract position for a hands-on AI professional who can identify opportunities for automation, build intelligent systems, and drive business innovation through modern AI technologies.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, workflow automation, and AI integrations. You will work directly with leadership and operational teams to create scalable solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual work, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI implementation and automation.
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, assistants, agents, and workflow automations.
Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, and related technologies.
Create AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, knowledge bases, and customer support solutions.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI-driven search capabilities.
Integrate AI solutions with CRMs, databases, APIs, and third-party business platforms.
Develop and optimize AI workflows using automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend implementation strategies.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve AI systems.
Document technical solutions and provide guidance to stakeholders and tea ---------- mbers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI solutions in real-world business environments.
Strong expertise with OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable LLM platforms.
Experience developing AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent automation systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and API integrations.
Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
Experience implementing AI solutions for operations, customer service, recruiting, sales, marketing, or business process automation.
Familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or other vector databases.
Experience working with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
Experience building production-grade AI systems and scalable architectures.
Experience integrating AI with CRM platforms, communication systems, and business applications.
