Senior Full-Stack Engineer (SaaS / AWS / UI/UX)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the completion, architecture, and design of a complex Telemedicine SaaS platform.

This is a high-responsibility role for a "product-minded" developer. You will not just be writing code; you will be configuring the secure cloud infrastructure (AWS) and designing the user interface (UI/UX) to ensure the platform is polished, professional, and easy for doctors and clinics to use.

You will be building a secure multi-tenant hub that acts as the central nervous system for telehealth businesses. The system connects external ecosystems (like Shopify storefronts) with our secure internal databases, requiring flawless logic and security.

The Challenge
The Architecture: A multi-tenant SaaS where multiple clinics operate on a single codebase with strict data isolation.

The Integrations: You will build secure connectors that pull sensitive data from our internal SQL databases and sync it with external software (Shopify, Pharmacy Networks, EMRs).

The Infrastructure: You are responsible for setting up a HIPAA-compliant environment on AWS from the ground up.

The Interface: You will design and build the UI/UX. We do not have a separate designer, so you must have an eye for clean, modern, and intuitive application design.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Finish and refine the SaaS platform, ensuring the connection between our internal database and external API integrations (Shopify, etc.) is fast and bug-free.

AWS & DevOps: Configure and manage the AWS environment. You must set up EC2, RDS (SQL), and S3 with strict security groups, encryption, and backups to meet HIPAA standards.

UI/UX Design: Design and implement a clean, professional dashboard for clinics. The UI must be intuitive enough for non-technical medical staff to use without training.

Database Management: Manage the SQL (PostgreSQL) database schema, ensuring complex relationships (Patients Doctors Prescriptions) are handled correctly and securely.

Security & Compliance: Implement military-grade security (Encryption at Rest/Transit) and audit logging. You are the gatekeeper for patient data safety.

Requirements
5+ Years Experience in Full-Stack Development.

Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in [Node.js / Python], React/Vue, and PostgreSQL (SQL).

AWS Expert: Proven experience configuring AWS for production apps (specifically managing security groups, load balancers, and encrypted databases).

Strong UI/UX Skills: You must be able to design "pixel-perfect" interfaces. Please include a portfolio or links to apps you have designed.

Multi-Tenant Experience: You understand how to architect a database so that one client never sees another client’s data (Row-Level Security).

API Integration: Deep experience connecting 3rd-party platforms (Shopify, Stripe, EMRs) via REST/GraphQL.

HIPAA/Security Mindset: You understand the gravity of handling medical data and know how to prevent OWASP vulnerabilities.
