About Us
We’re a multi-location dental group based in the U.S. with a growing international team. We’ve built custom internal tools that power everything from payroll and clinical documentation to financial reconciliation and operations management. Our systems run on Python (App Engine + NDB), SQL Server, Jinja/HTML frontends, and self-hosted services on CentOS using Gunicorn and Nginx. We also integrate with APIs from banks, telecoms, and other service providers.

We already have a 15-person team in the Philippines handling operations, support, and coordination. Now we’re looking to add a senior full stack developer to our engineering team — someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver results.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python, App Engine (NDB), and SQL Server

Build and integrate APIs from external services (banking, telecom, internal tools)

Create and maintain lightweight frontend templates using HTML, Jinja, and vanilla JS

Work with Google Cloud Tasks for async job handling and distributed workflows

Help manage backend deployment on CentOS with Gunicorn and Nginx

Collaborate directly with the U.S.-based leadership team in an agile workflow

Contribute to architecture decisions and help refactor legacy systems as we grow

Tech Stack

Languages: Python 3, HTML, JavaScript (vanilla), Jinja2

Backend: Google App Engine, NDB, Flask, Gunicorn

Frontend: Jinja templates, HTML, JavaScript (no heavy frameworks)

Infrastructure: CentOS, Nginx, Google Cloud Tasks

Databases: SQL Server, Google Datastore (NDB)

Integrations: REST APIs (telecom, banking, internal)

Version Control: Git


What We’re Looking For

5+ years of development experience (ideally full stack)

Strong Python skills and familiarity with SQL databases

Experience working with both relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL (Datastore/NDB)

Ability to work independently and solve complex problems

Experience working in agile teams and fast-paced environments

Strong written communication skills — especially important for remote work

Located in the Philippines and comfortable working U.S. hours or overlapping schedules

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Google App Engine and NDB

Experience with Google Cloud Tasks or other async job queues

Experience maintaining Linux servers (CentOS) and deploying with Gunicorn + Nginx

Prior work with healthcare, financial systems, or internal tooling
