Senior Financial Analyst

ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a founder-led, tech-enabled real estate platform with offices in North America and Manila. We operate at the intersection of real estate, construction, finance, and technology — supporting the US real estate industry across transactions ranging from $1M to $150M. Company name will be disclosed during the interview process.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Manila-based team. You will work directly on US real estate transactions — building financial models, running underwriting analysis, and supporting investment decisions for our clients. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who is serious about real estate finance and wants to work on institutional-level deals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Build and maintain 10-year cash flow models for multifamily, office, and mixed-use properties
• Run multi-scenario underwriting — value-add, stabilized, and distressed acquisitions
• Work from existing client templates and improve them
• Analyze rent comparables and market data to support acquisition decisions
• Pressure-test investment assumptions across multiple scenarios
• Prepare clear financial summaries and outputs for client review
• Coordinate with the data research team to ensure models are accurate and up to date

REQUIREMENTS
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate financial modeling or investment analysis
• Strong Excel skills — you must be comfortable building models from scratch
• Experience with multifamily, office, or commercial real estate underwriting
• Ability to work independently and manage your own deadlines
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working with US-based clients or companies is a strong advantage

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Background in investment banking, real estate private equity, or asset management is a plus
• CFA candidate or similar professional certification is a plus

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — BGC or Aseana City, Manila
Hours: US Eastern business hours alignment required
Compensation: Competitive based on experience
