We are an Australian builder delivering architectural homes, custom residential, commercial fitouts, and knockdown-rebuilds. Our work is detail-driven, design-led, and built to last generations.

We're hiring a Senior Estimator & Project Manager, based in the Philippines, to work directly with our senior team on live Australian projects.

This is a long-term role with a defined growth path into people management and full delivery ownership.

The work
You'll run two to four live Australian projects at a time — from preliminary brief through to handover.
Day-to-day, that means:
Detailed take-offs from AutoCAD drawings and engineering documentation
Inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions lists that remove ambiguity from every quote
Building direct relationships with Australian suppliers and subcontractors, by phone and email
Pricing scope changes in approval-ready format
Tracking estimate against actuals on every job
Running document hygiene, RFI registers, decision logs, and progress claim support
Looking ahead, not just behind — flagging risks before they become problems
You'll work directly with senior management. Decisions are fast, the briefs are interesting, and you'll get to put your name on projects.

What we need
3+ years' full time experience on Australian projects — residential and commercial, with working knowledge of Australian standards, NatHERS, and ResCode.
Strong project management. Multiple live jobs, end-to-end ownership, no dropped balls.
Strong estimating. Detailed take-offs, AutoCAD literacy, scope-change pricing, and the judgement to spot a missing item in a supplier quote.
Confident written and spoken English — including by phone with Australian trades and suppliers.
AEST business hours, Monday to Friday
Reliable computer and stable internet. If you're the right person and your connection isn't quick enough, we'll cover an upgrade.
3D modelling or rendering is a bonus, not a requirement. If you have it, tell us.

Salary and conditions
USD $1,000–4,000 per month, based on demonstrated experience. Higher end of range for more experienced candidates.
13th-month bonus after 6 months probation
