The Role
We’re on the hunt for a strategic and data-driven
You’ll own the
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and execute high-performing campaigns and flows (e.g., welcome, abandon cart, win-back, post-purchase)
Own segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
Collaborate with creative to produce clean, branded
Analyze metrics: open rates, CTR, CVR, revenue, bounce rates, etc.
A/B test everything—subject lines, send times, content, CTAs
Stay on top of
Monitor and maintain
Ensure all campaigns comply with best practices and global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 5+ years of
Are fluent in Klaviyo (or similar ESP) and love building sophisticated flows
Write snappy, conversion-optimized copy
Understand how
Know the technical elements of
Are data-obsessed and comfortable digging into reports
Thrive in a small, fast-moving, remote-first team
