JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a world-class direct response copywriter and editor to own the words across our entire marketing output — video scripts, Meta and TikTok ad copy, email sequences, SMS, landing pages, and sales pages. This is a role for someone who takes copy seriously as a craft and can sell like a professional, not just write like one.

You'll be the person who makes sure every word that leaves our business pulls its weight. That means writing original campaigns from scratch, editing and elevating existing copy from our team, stress-testing every hook and CTA, and being the quality bar for everything we put into the world.

What you'll actually do day-to-day: Write ad scripts and hooks for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). Build email flows and broadcast campaigns that convert. Write landing pages and sales pages that hold attention. Edit and sharpen copy written by other tea ---------- mbers. Audit existing campaigns and flag what's underperforming. Study our offers, customers, and category deeply enough to write like an insider.

Who we're looking for: Native-level or near-native written English — you should be able to write copy that an American or Australian reader can't tell wasn't written by a local. A clear track record in direct response, not just general content or corporate copywriting. Experience writing for ecommerce, coaching, info products, or DTC brands. Obsessive attention to detail — you catch typos, logic gaps, weak CTAs, and lazy writing that others miss. Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality.

Nice to have: Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs. Comfort with Google Docs, Notion, and Slack. Basic understanding of CRO and funnel metrics so you can tie copy to conversion data.
