We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who can manage lead generation, paid advertising, content creation, CRM automation, and sales funnel optimization.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and scale lead generation for Loan Officers (B2B) and Homebuyers (B2C).
After an initial interview, shortlisted candidates will complete a paid assessment to demonstrate their skills.
Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Set up, manage, and optimize
Write ad copy and create ad visuals that increase click-through rates and conversions
Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
Create retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential leads
Track ad performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis
Sales Funnels & CRM Automation
Build and manage sales funnels using ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Bonzo, and Leadpages
Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms for higher conversion rates
Set up automated
Monitor leads and track their progress from first contact to deal closing
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Create and post daily content on LinkedIn,
Edit and produce short-form videos for social media
Write LinkedIn posts,
Engage with potential clients in DMs, groups, and comments
Develop ad copy, video scripts, and website content for higher lead conversion
Email
Write and automate
Set up SMS and WhatsApp campaigns for quick lead engagement
Track
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track marketing performance metrics like CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer lifetime value
Analyze data and suggest improvements for ads,
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
