The Ross Media Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Python enabled DevOps Engineer. We’re launching a powerful livestream creator tool and are looking for a reliable Python focused Dev Op to help build out the first working version.

You’ll architect, deploy, and maintain the core infrastructure behind ClipNET’s backend, ML workers, GPU systems, and deployment pipelines. You will ensure our services remain stable, scalable, and performant across high-volume media processing and AI inference workloads. This role is essential for keeping ClipNET reliable as we grow and for ensuring smooth coordination between backend, ML, and product teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Build, optimize, and maintain our Dockerized API, ML, and ClipBOT services
• Manage deployments and environments across Railway (API hosting) and RunPod (GPU inference)
• Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines, environment variable strategies, and rollout procedures
• Monitor and troubleshoot logs across backend, ML, Redis queues, and GPU workers
• Maintain and improve our staging ? production deployment process
• Oversee Redis job pipelines, worker consumption, and job reliability
• Help enforce best practices for system health, uptime, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate directly with backend and ML developers to ensure infrastructure and code remain aligned
