This is NOT an entry-level position. We are only looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or revenue optimization.
This role requires hands-on experience in building predictive models & automation for pricing or revenue-related decision-making. If your experience is limited to data visualization, reporting, or SQL-based analytics, this is NOT the right role.
No generalist data scientists. We need someone who has worked on real-world, revenue-impacting AI/ML models—preferably in pricing, e-commerce, fintech, travel, or related industries.

- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING -

- BUILD AI-DRIVEN PRICING MODELS -

Develop predictive algorithms that analyze demand trends, booking behavior, and competitor pricing.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies that adjust in real-time based on seasonality, demand fluctuations, and guest preferences.
Use machine learning models to optimize revenue, minimizing risk while maximizing pricing efficiency.

- AUTOMATE DECISION-MAKING & REVENUE OPTIMIZATION -

Build data pipelines that aggregate real-time market insights and trigger pricing adjustments automatically.
Develop AI-powered pricing logic to replace manual intervention and scale our operations efficiently.
Integrate APIs with Airbnb, PriceLabs, and internal tools to fully automate price-setting workflows.

- MARKET INTELLIGENCE & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS -

Automate competitor tracking, market occupancy trends, and seasonal demand forecasting.
Create real-time alerts & dashboards to flag underperforming listings and pricing opportunities.
Leverage NLP & web scraping to extract insights from guest reviews, competitor listings, and market demand.

- STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & AI TRANSFORMATION -

Work directly with the CEO to shape the long-term AI roadmap as we transition into a SaaS-first pricing engine.
Lead testing, deployment, and iteration of pricing models in live environments.
Collaborate with revenue managers and operations teams to integrate AI-powered decision-making into daily workflows.

- WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED -

5+ years experience in machine learning, AI-driven pricing, or revenue optimization.
Proven ability to build predictive pricing models that drive real business impact.
Strong expertise in Python, time-series forecasting, demand prediction, and ML automation.
Experience integrating data science models into automated pipelines & real-world decision-making.
Experience with API-driven automation to eliminate manual pricing workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset – ability to think beyond theory and build practical AI solutions.
SaaS or e-commerce pricing experience preferred – but if you have worked in pricing-related AI in travel, fintech, or revenue management, we want to hear from you!
