Role overview:
We’re hiring an experienced CSM to manage our clients’ progress and success end-to-end inside our signature high-touch career coaching program - The Fearless Hire (TFH). You’ll onboard clients, track milestones weekly, help with execution of program material, drive engagement, and follow up when clients stall. You’ll also lead bi-weekly 1:1 accountability calls with clients to review progress, remove blockers, and lock in next steps. This role is equal parts relationship + execution: keeping clients moving, supported, and on track to outcomes.

Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years in Customer Success / Program Success / Account Management (services, coaching, or education preferred)
- Experience with career coaching is highly preferred
- Confident leading client calls + strong written and spoken English
- Highly organized: follow-ups, tracking, deadlines, and clean notes
- Comfortable with tools like Airtable/Notion/Sheets/Slack/Zoom
- Available 8:00am–4:00pm Central Time (consistent overlap required)
