Senior Creative Strategist FULL TIME | Experience Required | Competitive Salary + Yearly Insurance

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding E-commerce Pet Brand, and we're looking for an experienced and innovative individual to fill the role of Creative Strategist on our fully remote and international team. ?We prioritize high-quality, motivated, skilled, and passionate team members.


Position: Creative Strategist
* Compensation: $3000 to $5,000 USD (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the creative process from initial concept to final execution.
* Regularly conduct market research and brainstorm with copywriters on weekly basis to develop innovative angles and sales messages.
* Innovate and develop marketing campaign assets, including storyboarding and translating ideas into impactful marketing materials like images and video ads.
* Lead in formulating and iterating creative strategies based on marketing data and hypotheses.
* Guide and direct the creative team in producing all marketing collateral.
* Regularly review work, identify issues, and provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
* Actively participate in the recruitment and training of creative personnel.
* Oversee the management of copywriters, video editors, and content creation teams.


Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years in a creative leadership role.
* At least 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency or an E-commerce brand.
* Experience in marketing, creative development, video production, editing, copywriting, etc.
* Deep understanding of direct response marketing, media buying KPIs, and sales messaging.
