Senior Citrix/Azure Engineer

Job Summary:
The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of Active Directory, Citrix environments, VMware virtualization, and Azure services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical expertise in these areas, along with strong scripting and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Active Directory Management:
• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments.
• Add members to groups, check for memberships, and perform routine AD administration tasks.
• Ensure security and compliance within AD structures.
2. Citrix Administration:
• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix farms from scratch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to Citrix environments.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to Citrix infrastructure.
3. Virtualization with VMware:
• Manage on-premise virtualization technologies using VMware.
• Utilize vSphere for monitoring, configuring, and maintaining virtual machines.
• Ensure high availability and performance of virtual environments.
4. Azure and Azure Networking:
• Manage and configure Azure services and resources.
• Implement and maintain Azure networking solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance and security of Azure environments.
5. PowerShell Scripting:
• Write and debug PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Develop scripts for routine maintenance and reporting.
6. Technical Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures for internal use.
