JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Growth Operations & Business Development Manager to help improve and grow an established beauty/med spa business.

The ideal candidate should be able to support business planning, revenue optimization, sales follow-up, lead management, operational structure, reporting, process improvement, and execution. We need someone who can think strategically while also staying organized and practical enough to turn plans into measurable action.

Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing current business operations and identifying gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
Supporting strategic planning and creating clear short-term and long-term action plans
Improving lead management, sales follow-up, client retention, and pipeline organization
Helping optimize services, pricing, offers, memberships, packages, and promotions
Tracking KPIs, business performance, revenue opportunities, and operational progress
Conducting market, competitor, vendor, and growth opportunity research
Creating structure around priorities, projects, staff/vendor coordination, and follow-through
Preparing clear weekly reports with findings, progress, recommendations, and next steps
Helping the business run operations into a more structured, scalable, and performance-driven model.
