About Us
We’re a design-forward fabric and wallpaper brand inspired by historical prints, organic textures, and elevated interior storytelling. We’re seeking a senior designer to take full ownership of our visual identity — not just shaping the brand, but executing it with excellence across print and digital.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the entire visual system for our brand — from identity and templates to high-fidelity product mockups that bring our collections to life.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and publish our Brand Book
Define the full visual system: logo usage, typography, color palette, iconography, image style, tone-of-voice cues, and accessibility guidelines.
Design all foundational brand assets
Including:

Pinterest and social graphics
Packaging and print collateral
Seasonal campaign visuals and collection branding
Create high-quality PSD mockups
Adapt and work within layered Photoshop files to generate realistic fabric and wallpaper previews. Scale, drape, lighting, and material accuracy matter. You’ll be selecting or refining mockup templates and delivering polished images ready for web and print.
Establish and maintain a brand asset library
Organize files with clear naming conventions, consistent layer structures, and version control so the team can quickly find and use what they need.
Guide brand application across channels
Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints by reviewing and advising on creative produced by others (Shopify uploads, social, etc.).
Evolve the brand over time
Adjust templates and guidelines as new collections, channels, or customer insights emerge.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
5+ years experience designing full brand systems (with at least one complete Brand Book)
Advanced Photoshop skills with proven PSD mockup creation experience
Strong aesthetic and deep understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition
Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Figma or Sketch
Experience designing for both digital and print (especially product packaging or stationery)
Ability to build scalable systems (template kits, naming conventions, asset hubs)
Clear communication and collaborative style — able to work with non-designers and provide feedback effectively
Bonus (Nice to Have, Not Required)
Familiarity with Shopify assets and workflow
Experience with textile, wallpaper, or surface pattern brands
Knowledge of vintage design or historical art reproduction
Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
