Senior Back End Developer (GoLang) - Remote

DelGate Logistics is a rapidly growing Canadian 3PL company specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services. We are looking for a Back-End Developer to help build and scale the systems behind our logistics, warehouse, and delivery management platform.

What We Offer:
• Full-Time Remote Position
• Pacific Time Schedule
• Salary: 1,000 – 1,200 CAD

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang (primary) and Node.js (legacy support)
• Develop scalable systems that support our logistics platform
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to manage data efficiently
• Support infrastructure and deployments using Docker and Jenkins CI/CD
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers for system integration
• Monitor system performance and help improve reliability

Requirements:
• 3–4 years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with Golang
• Knowledge of Node.js is a plus
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Familiar with Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and scalable backend systems
• Fluent English communication
• AI / automation experience is a plus
