Senior Automations Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Automations Engineer who can design, build, and maintain scalable automation systems across different business operations.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in workflow automation, APIs, AI integrations, internal operations systems, and process optimization. You should be comfortable handling both technical implementation and operational problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain automations using tools such as Zapier, ---------- , n8n, Airtable, and APIs
Design scalable workflows for operations, reporting, CRM, onboarding, billing, and internal processes
Develop integrations between multiple platforms and databases
Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize existing workflows
Create scripts or lightweight applications using Python or JavaScript when needed
Work with webhooks, APIs, structured data, and third-party systems
Document workflows and create SOPs for technical and non-technical users
Improve operational efficiency through AI-assisted systems and automation
Requirements
Strong experience with automation platforms and workflow systems
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data transformations
Familiarity with AI tools and integrations (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
Experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, CRMs, and internal operations systems
Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
