We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician or Designer to join our team. This role is focused on the technical delivery of residential projects, supporting us with high-quality design documentation.

Work Schedule & Communication
Operating Hours: Our core business hours are 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM GMT. You must have availability to communicate and sync during this window.

Project Management: All task tracking, file sharing, and project updates are managed through ---------- . You will be expected to log your progress daily.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Drafting: Produce accurate, professional AutoCAD drawings (plans, elevations, sections) for UK residential projects.


3D Visualisation: Create detailed 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp to help clients visualize proposals.


UK Compliance: Prepare detailed drawing packages for Planning Applications and Building Regulations, demonstrating a strong understanding of UK standards.


Documentation: Draw up measured surveys and prepare professional proposal documents.



Workflow: Manage your own workload and deadlines independently within ---------- .

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Architecture or Architectural Technology (Intermediate to Senior level).


Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture and SketchUp is essential.



UK Expertise: Proven experience working on residential projects with a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.


Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, capable of communicating technical details clearly.

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

Equipment: You must own a computer capable of handling complex CAD files and rendering without lag.

Internet: A high-speed, stable internet connection is required for file transfers and video calls.

Environment: A professional, quiet workspace.
