We are looking for a high-caliber Appointment Setter who understands the psychology of sales. We do not want robotic dialers or script-readers. We need a sharp, relentless prospector who knows how to control a conversation, diagnose business pain points, and qualify leads before handing them off to our closing team. ???? The Role & What You’ll Do
As our front-line prospector, you are the first impression of Jumper Media. You will be responsible for fielding inbound inquiries, executing outbound follow-ups, and strategically prioritizing leads to maximize our sales team's revenue potential.
Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients over the phone, converting at least 50% of inbound calls into scheduled, qualified appointments.
Properly explain our services, asking the right probing questions to ensure the prospect is a strong fit before they speak to a closer.
Navigate past gatekeepers and handle initial resistance with tact, confidence, and sales psychology.
Manage your pipeline flawlessly. Develop and distribute daily appointment reports and execute complete end-of-day call sheets.
Analyze the lead pool and prioritize appointments that have the highest potential for revenue generation.
???? Qualifications & Sales Acumen
4+ years of highly successful B2B/B2C appointment setting or SDR experience specifically in the US Market.
You must have exceptional spoken and written English, capable of holding high-level, fluid business conversations with US business owners.
You understand lead qualification frameworks (like BANT), active listening, and objection handling.
Ability to multitask, manage CRM data efficiently (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required), and operate independently.
A relentless, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and keep dialing.
???? Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
Since this is a high-volume remote role, your tech stack must be unshakeable:
Internet: Lightning-fast, stable connection (Hardwired connection preferred).
Hardware: At least Intel Core i5 (higher generation) or equivalent, with 8–16GB RAM.
Contingency Plan: You must have verified backups for both electricity and internet disruptions.
