Senior App & Software Developer — Full-Time | Equity + Salary | App Studio Co-Builder

About the Opportunity
This isn't your typical freelance gig. I'm building an app and software studio from the ground up and looking for a talented, entrepreneurial senior developer to come on as a core tea ---------- mber — not just a contractor. You'll be in from the start, helping shape what we build, how we build it, and where we take it.
The vision is straightforward: launch 10 mobile apps in 2026 — ranging from simple utility apps to complex platforms and games — with a goal of hitting $100K MRR by mid-2027. If you've ever wanted to be part of building something real with genuine upside, this is that opportunity.

Compensation & Equity
This is a full-time role with a starting salary of $30,000–$45,000/year. Equity in the studio is included and is structured based on where your salary falls within that range — the more flexibility you show on compensation, the more ownership you receive. We're building this together, and the equity reflects that.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the primary developer driving our entire app pipeline. That means taking ideas from concept to launch across iOS and Android, integrating AI and third-party APIs into our products, and using every tool available — including agentic AI coding assistants — to ship fast without sacrificing quality. You'll have real creative and technical input into what we build and how we prioritize.

What I'm Looking For
You have a strong track record of shipping mobile apps end-to-end on iOS and/or Android. You're already using agentic AI coding tools (like Cursor, Copilot, Devin, or similar) as a core part of your workflow and know how to use them to move faster and smarter, not just as a novelty. You have hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, computer vision, recommendations, etc.) and third-party services into production apps. You think like a builder — you care about output, not just process — and you're excited by the idea of having equity in something you helped create.

Nice to Have
Experience with mobile game development, familiarity with app monetization strategies (subscriptions, IAP, ads), or previous experience working in a startup or small studio environment.
