Senior App Developer / Technical Auditor for Premier Massage Apps & Websites (Short-Term Project)

Premier Massage is seeking an experienced App Developer or Technical Consultant to conduct an independent audit of our existing apps and websites.

This is a short-term project focused on evaluating our digital assets and ensuring that Premier Massage has complete ownership, access, and control of all source code, hosting accounts, databases, domains, third-party integrations, and related resources associated with our apps and websites.

The goal of this project is to be completed within 3 days of the selected candidate being granted access to the necessary systems and information. Project Objectives
* Review Premier Massage apps and websites
* Verify ownership and access to all source code repositories
* Confirm company access to hosting accounts, databases, domains, APIs, and third-party services
* Identify any gaps in ownership, permissions, documentation, or security
* Evaluate the quality, organization, and maintainability of the codebase
* Assess the overall technical health of the apps and websites
* Identify potential risks, dependencies, or concerns
* Provide a written report with findings and recommendations

Requirements
* 5+ years of professional software development experience
* Strong experience with web and/or mobile applications
* Experience working with source control platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
* Experience auditing existing applications and websites
* Ability to quickly evaluate unfamiliar codebases and technical environments
* Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, risks, and opportunities without constant direction
* Strong leadership skills and ability to provide clear technical recommendations and guidance
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
* High attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, Software Architect, or CTO
* Experience performing technical due diligence, code reviews, or ownership audits
* Experience taking over, maintaining, or evaluating existing software projects

Deliverables
At the end of the project, we expect:
* A comprehensive audit report summarizing the current state of all Premier Massage apps, websites, databases, hosting accounts, domains, and related technical assets
* An executive summary that clearly explains findings, risks, and recommendations in terms that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders
* Verification of ownership, access, and administrative control of all technical assets, including identification of any gaps or dependencies on third parties
* Documentation of any risks, concerns, vulnerabilities, missing credentials, missing documentation, or potential business continuity issues
* A detailed inventory of all technical assets, including where they are hosted, who has access, and how they are managed
* Clear recommendations for protecting, maintaining, and securing Premier Massage's digital assets, with explanations of why each recommendation matters and its potential business impact
* Recommendations for future development, improvements, scalability, and long-term technical management
* A final review meeting with Premier Massage leadership to present findings, answer questions, and explain technical concepts, recommendations, and action items in a manner that is easy for a non-technical person to understand and follow
