Senior Amazon PPC Manager – Remote (Full-Time)

Now we are looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Manager – someone who can take full ownership of a portfolio of accounts, think strategically, and mentor junior tea

What You'll Own
Full Account Ownership: manage a portfolio of premium client accounts end-to-end – from strategy to execution to client communication.
Advertising Strategy: build PPC strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display – and where relevant, Amazon DSP and AMC.
Launch & Scale: from new product launches to aggressive scaling of existing winners – you know when to push and when to defend.
Advanced Optimization: bid strategies, placement optimization, SKU-level profitability, TACoS management, dayparting, portfolio structuring – you go way beyond dashboard-level.
Account Audits & Strategic Planning: diagnose weaknesses, identify opportunities, build 30/60/90 day roadmaps for every account.
Client Communication: lead client calls, present results, push back when needed, be the trusted expert clients rely on.
Mentorship: help our Junior PPC Managers and Assistants grow – share your playbook, review their work, develop the next generation.
Process Development: help us build better SOPs, templates and internal tools – your experience shapes how we operate.
Stay Ahead: test new Amazon features, evaluate new tools, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
What You Must Know (Non-Negotiables)
These are the things you absolutely need to have under your belt as a Senior:
Deep mastery of all Sponsored Ads formats: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (incl. Video & Brand Store), Sponsored Display (incl. Audiences & Custom Creatives), and how they interact.
Campaign architecture: SKAG, single-keyword, theme-based, performance-based – you know which structure works when and why.
Advanced bidding strategies: dynamic bids, placement modifiers, top-of-search optimization, bid by placement, bid hijacking defense.
Keyword research & targeting: Helium 10 (Cerebro, Magnet, Frankenstein), Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance Report (SQP) – you can pull insights most managers miss.
TACoS vs ACoS: you understand the difference, when to optimize for which, and how to communicate it to clients.
Search Term Reports & Negative Mining: you build clean, performance-focused accounts without keyword cannibalization.
Brand Defense & Conquesting: you protect your client's branded search and attack competitors strategically.
Organic & Paid Synergy: you understand how PPC influences organic ranking (and vice versa) – BSR, indexation, halo effect.
Listing Fundamentals: you know that even the best PPC can't fix a bad listing – and you can identify what needs to change.
Reporting & Storytelling: you don't just deliver numbers – you tell the story behind them.
Bulk File Operations: you can edit, optimize and upload bulk files like a surgeon.
Tool Stack: Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Pacvue / Perpetua / Adtomic / Sellerboard or similar – at least one professional ad management tool you've worked with hands-on.
Bonus (high value): Amazon DSP, AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud), Vendor Central, international marketplaces (US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES).

What You Bring
4+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experience (agency or in-house), ideally managing multiple 6- and 7-figure accounts.
Proven track record of scaling Amazon accounts profitably – with real case studies you can walk us through.
Expert-level data analysis skills – Excel / Google Sheets is your playground; pivot tables, XLOOKUP, conditional logic are second nature.
Strategic mindset – you think in frameworks, not just dashboards.
Excellent English (spoken and written). German is a big plus, but not required.
Strong communication – confident in client calls, clear in writing, direct but professional.
Ownership mentality – fully accountable, no excuses.
Stable internet and a professional remote work setup.
