Hostier is a fast-growing UK-based Airbnb and property management company. We manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties and are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Essential Requirements

Please only apply if you meet all of the following:

* Minimum 2 years of Short-Term Rental (STR) experience
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
* Experience communicating with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms
* Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup

Highly Desirable Experience

* Previous experience working directly for Airbnb
* Experience using Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO, Hostaway, Enso Connect, Guesty, Hospitable, Lodgify, or similar platforms
* Experience coordinating cleaners and maintenance teams
* Experience managing guest communications and reservations
* Experience using Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace

Key Responsibilities

* Managing guest communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms
* Handling inbound and outbound calls
* Managing reservations and guest journeys
* Scheduling and coordinating cleaners
* Managing maintenance requests
* Handling guest issues and escalations
* Monitoring guest reviews and feedback
* Email management and administration
* Reporting and operational support
* Team communication via Slack

Working Hours

* 48.5 hours per week
* Rotating shifts between 09:00–22:00 GMT
* Weekend and public holiday coverage required
