Senior Accounting Manager / Controller-Level vCFO Assistant

The Role:
We are an elite vCFO and accounting firm managing complex, multi-million dollar business portfolios across a wide range of industries, including multi-entity structures, manufacturing, e-commerce, legal, medical/healthcare, and professional services. We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Accounting Manager to work concurrently with our US-based team (EST/CST daytime hours).

This is a highly versatile role designed for a dynamic professional who is equally comfortable executing foundational tasks and high-level operational workflows. You must be comfortable working autonomously, problem-solving on the fly, and managing financial tasks that fall outside of standard, predictable debits and credits.

Core Responsibilities:

Full-Spectrum Accounting: Handle everything from daily QuickBooks Online bank feeds and meticulous bank reconciliations to advanced technical workflows.

Complex Technical Accounting: Manage complex multi-entity class and location tracking within single QuickBooks files, process intercompany reconciliations, and accurately prepare advanced journal entries based on third-party reports (such as merchant statements, settlement sheets, closing statements, or inventory systems).

Data & Software Integrations: Oversee, troubleshoot, and manage third-party data integrations into QBO/NetSuite from external operational software (such as ServiceTitan, e-commerce shopping carts, medical billing platforms, or time-tracking software).

Operational Controller Work: Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management across various client industries.

Systems & Software: Execute daily tasks in QuickBooks Online and learn/manage enterprise ERP workflows in NetSuite (training will be provided for NetSuite if needed).

CFO-Level Support: Assist the firm partners with ad-hoc financial analysis, document retrieval, audit preparation, and operational problem-solving for high-net-worth clients.

Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet ALL of These):

Degree in Accountancy (CPA PH highly preferred).

Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with a proven track record.

Experience managing multi-entity structures and class tracking across diverse industries (e.g., e-commerce, manufacturing, professional services).

Proven experience working with third-party software integrations (e.g., ServiceTitan, ---------- , or similar operational tools).

Exceptional technical agility—ability to master new software platforms (like NetSuite) quickly.

Flawless written and spoken English, comfortable with direct professional communication.

A quiet workspace, modern computer, and high-speed, stable internet.

Willingness to use time-tracking/screen-monitoring software during working hours to ensure data security and direct execution of work.
