Senior Accountant (NetSuite Proficient CPA)

Are you a meticulous, results-driven Senior Certified Public Accountant (CPA) ready to take the next step in your career? We seek a talented and dedicated CPA proficient with NetSuite to join our team. You'll be a key player in driving our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering top-notch financial guidance to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in accounting and tax processes.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
- Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure financial compliance, efficiency, and adherence to policies.
- Tax Planning & Preparation: Advise on tax planning and preparation for individual and business clients.
- Advisory Services: Provide strategic advice to clients on financial matters, including investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to processes and controls to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Supervise Junior Accountants.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid CPA license is required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency with NetSuite is a MUST.
- Proficient with other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in financial management.
- Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts as needed to accommodate international clients or project deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with international accounting standards and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of tax laws and procedures.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools.
