Senior Accountant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, general ledger activities, month-end close, compliance, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling multiple accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting.
Improve accounting processes and support junior tea ---------- mbers when needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
5–8 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
ERP experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
