We provide management teams for small enterprise. Your position would be part of assigned management teams for U.S. small businesses or non-profits. Our start-up is looking for an online Senior Accountant who is the center of production for the account. You would work managing a team, sometimes on multiple accounts. We seek a level of service beyond mere bookkeeping but also to include consulting, analysis, budgeting, modeling - really supporting the small business or non-profit.

Ideally, you are a Certified Public Accountant with an M.B.A. who is QuickBooks certified and familiar with handling a large variety of clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned freelancer ready to enjoy the next stage in their career and the joys of working in a team on a long-term basis. This is a chance to work with small enterprises in moving past mere compliance to a fuller and more successful approach to their organizations - which can be very rewarding to be a part.

We are looking for a seasoned QuickBooks professional, with impeccable punctuality and organization, with a strong client-diverse resume with at least ten-years experience. We are looking for a long-term, mutually-beneficial business relation with someone looking to change mostly away from the "gig-grind" to a new way of working otherwise in our teams.

Our business philosophy is supportive of a respectful, efficient, and caring attitude which you would learn more about in an online training that takes about two hours. We generally do not meet with each other (only the Senior Bookkeeper meets usually by video or phone with clientele). We have an owner profit cap of $5M after which the operation goes to a non-profit, and we organized as an L.L.C. based out of Wyoming (U.S.). As management, we pioneered a number of companies in the business support arena, including an award-winning online bookkeeping operation as well as NASDAQ-listed international operations.
