We're looking for a Senior Account Manager / SEO Team Leader to join our growing digital marketing agency. In this role, you'll work directly with business owners, manage a portfolio of clients, and coordinate with our SEO, Google Ads, Web Development, and Creative teams to deliver outstanding campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Account Manager, you will:

Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Website Development, and other digital channels
Conduct client meetings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
Translate client goals into clear action plans for internal teams
Coordinate with SEO specialists, developers, designers, and paid advertising teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and grow client accounts
Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to long-term client retention
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

2 to 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment
Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Digital Marketing Management, or a similar role
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, digital marketing strategy, and campaign management
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
Strong organisational and project management skills
Confidence presenting reports and explaining marketing performance to clients
Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, ClickUp, Asana, ---------- , or similar platforms
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus Points If You Have
Team leadership or staff management experience
Experience working with eCommerce, health, beauty, construction, or service-based businesses
Content marketing or copywriting experience
Website project management experience
Experience identifying upsell opportunities and growing client accounts
