Senior AI Voice Agent Developer (Twilio / OpenAI / Voice Automation)

We are a U.S. based marketing and home services company building an internal AI voice calling system for outbound appointment setting.
We are NOT looking for a beginner. We need someone with real experience building AI voice agents, call automation, or chatbot systems.

You will help us build an internal platform that can make outbound calls, send SMS, talk to customers using AI, and book appointments automatically.

Required Experience:

* Twilio Voice / SMS / SIP / telephony
* OpenAI / GPT / LLM APIs
* Text-to-Speech / Speech-to-Text (ElevenLabs, Whisper, or similar)
* API integrations / webhooks
* Node.js or Python backend development
* Conversational AI / chatbot / automation systems
* Experience building outbound call bots or voice agents

Bonus (not required but very helpful):

* Retell AI
* Vapi
* Bland AI
* Dialogflow
* GoHighLevel integrations
* Call center / VoIP systems
* CRM integrations
* Automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.)

What you will build:

* AI outbound calling agent
* SMS automation system
* Appointment booking automation
* CRM integration
* Dashboard / control panel
* Call scripts and conversation logic

We prefer someone who has already built:

* AI voice agent
* Twilio calling system
* chatbot platform
* automation platform
* call center software
* outbound dialer

Work Type:
Full-time or long-term part-time

Salary:
$1,000 per month depending on experience
