Software Developer for AI Driven CRM Project, Long Term Role

We are looking for a highly technical software developer to help build a CRM platform from the ground up.

We already know what needs to be built. We need someone who can execute fast, solve problems independently, and work closely with us long term.

Requirements:

• Strong backend development skills
• Excellent debugging and problem solving ability
• Experienced with Claude Code and AI assisted development workflows
• Able to use AI tools efficiently to speed up development
• Highly tech savvy
• Understands software architecture and scalable systems
• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
• Good English communication

What you will work on:

• Building backend systems and APIs
• CRM features and integrations
• Database architecture
• Debugging and improving existing code
• Working together with us on product development and implementation

This is a long term position for someone who wants to grow with the company.
