Senior AI-Native Software Developer / Rapid Builder (Full-Time or Contract)

We are looking for a high-speed, highly independent software developer who can build projects on demand with little to no supervision.

You will work on:
• Polishing and extending existing web apps
• Adding new features to live systems
• Building full projects from scratch by reading a short project proposal
• Connecting systems to Go High Level (GHL) and automations

This is not a junior role. We need someone who understands systems, moves fast, and executes without constant explanations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build new web apps or features from scratch quickly
• Improve, refactor, and extend existing websites/apps
• Integrate APIs, automations, and AI services
• Connect platforms to Go High Level (GHL)
• Deploy, test, and ship production-ready features
• Work independently from project briefs or proposals

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You must be proficient with:
• Vercel
• Render
• Resend
• OpenAI
• Google Cloud Platform
• GitHub

You must also be familiar with or actively using:
• Lovable / Bolt
• Supabase
• Replit

AI-NATIVE TOOLING (VERY IMPORTANT)
You should already be comfortable using AI daily for development, including tools such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor IDE
• Claude (3.5 Sonnet or higher)
• ChatGPT (GPT-4 / GPT-4o)
• Replit Agent
• Google Gemini Code Assist

If you don’t already build faster because of AI, this role is not a fit.

HOW YOU MUST WORK
• Little to no supervision
• High ownership over outcomes
• Able to read a project proposal and execute immediately
• Comfortable making technical decisions
• Fast iteration and delivery
• Strong communication when needed, silent execution otherwise
