Senior 3D Artist - Architectural Visualization

About Us
Auravis Studio is a boutique creative studio based in Poland, specialising in high-end architectural visualizations for clients across Europe. As we expand, we are looking for a talented and independent 3D Artist to join us and create beautiful visual stories for exciting architectural projects.

What You Will Do:
- Create photorealistic visualizations of architecture, including building exteriors and interiors.
- Develop marketing-focused interior design arrangements that bring spaces to life.
- Work independently on projects from start to finish, managing your workflow to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with our Project Manager to ensure project goals and client expectations are met.
- Consistently deliver high-quality renders for a variety of European architectural styles.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural visualisation (agency, full-time, or consistent freelance work).
- Portfolio: A very high-quality portfolio showcasing commercial, photorealistic architectural and interior visualizations is mandatory.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in either 3ds Max or Blender.
- Rendering Engine: Experience with Corona Renderer is highly preferred.

Skills:
- A strong artistic eye for composition, lighting, materials, and photorealism.
- Punctual, responsible, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Language: Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English for smooth communication.
- Equipment: You must have your own powerful workstation and a reliable internet connection capable of handling large files.

Our Recruitment Process:
1. Application: Please submit your CV and a link to your portfolio with commercial work. Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.
2. Interview & Paid Trial Task: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an online meeting. We will then propose two paid trial tasks (one interior and one architectural visualization) to assess your skills.
3. Onboarding: The successful candidate will start with a one-month probationary period, leading to a long-term, full-time position.
